Question 2

What information do you need for an estimate?

The basics: what you need done, where the property is, how big the area is, and any access issues. Photos or a pin drop on a map help Jason give you a faster, more accurate quote.

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We serve Citrus, Marion, Levy, Hernando, Sumter, and Pasco Counties, working out of Dunnellon. If your property is near the edge of that area, call Jason to check.

Who is responsible for permits?

The customer. Before work starts, you are required to obtain and pay for any permits and approvals your project needs from the county, city, HOA, or other authority. Jason can tell you what information he needs from you, but getting the permits is your responsibility.

Question 6

What size projects do you take on?

Accepted Answer

From single-lot residential clearing to multi-acre commercial work. If you are not sure whether your project is a fit, call and ask. Jason will be straightforward.

Question 7

Do you work in bad weather?

Accepted Answer

Florida weather can change quickly. We work when conditions are safe and productive. Heavy rain can delay some earthwork temporarily.

Question 8

Who has to mark underground utilities?

Accepted Answer

The customer. Before we dig, you are required to have all underground utilities marked by calling Sunshine 811 (dial 811) within the time Florida law requires. You also need to mark private lines 811 does not locate, such as septic tanks and drain fields, wells, irrigation lines, and private water, gas, or electric lines. Work does not start until the lines are marked.

Question 9

Do you clean up after the job?

Accepted Answer

We leave the work area in clean, workable condition. Specific debris removal and disposal should be discussed with Jason as part of the scope.

Question 10

Can I be on site during the work?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as you stay clear of active equipment areas for safety. Jason can walk you through what is happening at any point.

Question 11

Do you offer financing?

Accepted Answer

Contact Jason to discuss payment options for your project.
